Rehab Programs
Orthopedic Recovery
Orthopedic Rehabilitation is essential in restoring your activity, strength, and motion right after injury or surgery.
Stroke Recovery
The goal of this program is to help you relearn skills you lost before the stroke occurred also referred to as the prior level of function.
Neurological Rehab
Neurological rehabilitation is aimed to improve function, reduce symptoms, and improve your overall well-being.
Physical Therapy
Our program is aimed to address the illnesses or injuries that limit your ability to move and perform functional activities.
Occupational Therapy
Our therapists promote skill development and independence in all daily activities like dressing, bathing, grooming, etc.
Speech Therapy
Speech therapy targets a broad scope of speech, language, swallowing, and voice issues involving communication.
Nursing Programs
Skilled Nursing
We have RN's, LVN's and CNA's that provide care and pass out medication 24 hours a day seven days a week.
Restorative Nursing
This program actively focuses on achieving and maintaining optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.
Wound Care
Our certified wound care nurses will assess and treat wounds of various stages caused by medical treatments, diseases, or injuries.
Pain Management
Back Pain
Exercise is an integral component of almost any lower back pain treatment plan and includes three core components: aerobic conditioning, stretching, and strengthening. Can also be managed with pain medication.
Painful Arthritis
We can manage painful arthritis through a variety of methods which include exercise, weight and diet management, knee braces to help relieve pressure, sleeves, and medication to help address the pain.
Burning Feet
This condition is typically a result of nerve damage in the legs, also called neuropathy. Diabetes is one of the most common causes of this condition. The treatment focuses on preventing further nerve damage and reducing pain.
